Silobas Kamyon Dolum Körüğü Endüstriyel Tesislerde toz ve granül haldeki hammaddenin tozsuz bir şekilde açık kasa ya da silobas kamyonlarına yüklemesi için kullanılmaktadır.  Yükleme körüğü, teleskobik şut, dolum körüğü gibi isimlerle anılan sistemler, silodaki veya bunkerdeki toz - granül haldeki malzemeyi tozuma yapmadan kamyon ya da silobasa yüklenmesini sağlamaktadır. Parçalı branda tasarımı sayesinde bakım maliyetleri minimuma indirilmiştir. Yanmaz kumaşlı ve kendinden filtreli sistem ile üretim yapılabilmektedir.


- Açık kasalı ya da silobas kamyonlarına dolum yapabilen yükleme körük çeşitleri üretilebilmektedir. 
- Yüksek ısıya dayanımlı yükleme körükleri imal edilebilmektedir.
- Dahili Filtreli ve Harici Filtreli olarak üretilmektedir.
- 2,3 ve 4 halatlı toplama sistemleri mevcuttur.
- Büyük çaplı (2000mm) körükler üretilebilmektedir.

Çalışma Sistemi ; 

a.Silobas Kamyon Dolum Körüğü teleskobik şut yapıdadır.
b.İçerisinde bulunan koniler makinenin dışarısındaki brandaların zarar görmesini ve dökülen malzemenin yavaşlamasını sağlamaktadır.

c.Motor ve redüktör sistemi sayesinde kumanda yarımı ile körüğün açılması ve toplanması sağlanmaktadır.

d.Maksimum açılma ve maksimum kapanma sınırlaması bir siviç yardımı ile sağlanmaktadır. Daha sonradan ayarlanabilir şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

Silobas Truck Filling Bellows is used in industrial facilities to load dust and granular raw materials into open body or silobas trucks without dust. Systems with names such as loading bellows, telescopic chute and filling bellows ensure that the powder - granular material in the silo or bunker is loaded into the truck or silobas without dusting. Maintenance costs are minimized thanks to the split tarpaulin design. Production can be made with fireproof fabric and self filter system.


- Loading bellows types that can fill open-box or silobas trucks can be produced.
- High temperature resistant loading bellows can be manufactured.
- It is produced with internal filter and external filter.
- There are 2,3 and 4 ropes picking systems.

Working system ;

a.Silobas Truck Filling Bellows has a telescopic smash structure.
b.Cones inside provide damage to the tarpaulins outside the machine and slow down the spilled material.
c. Thanks to the motor and reducer system, opening and collecting the bellows is provided with the control half.
d. Maximum opening and maximum closing limitation are provided with the help of a switch. It was later designed to be adjustable.
